html + css +javascript content scroll transisition
Hi i have been working on html and css for some time,i have a requirement.
i have two sections in which first section is fixed and second section is
scroll type.i have animations to shown on left I section and related
content to be placed on right II section.when scrolled i want content on
right to animate to related content and same time want to change animation
on left as well.any suggestion how to do that in easiest way
possible.compatibility IE(9,10),firefox,chrome on both windows and mac
system.
