facebook account restricted

facebook account restricted

I recently received the following email :
Hi,
Facebook's automated systems recently restricted your personal account
from creating new applications. We are writing on behalf of the Facebook
Platform team to let you know that any applications that were under your
sole control as a developer have been disabled as a precautionary measure,
which include: APPNAME (ID #AP_ID)
If your account is disabled, please note that the Platform team cannot
re-enable your account. To find out more about your disabled account,
please visit this page of our Facebook Help Center
http://www.facebook.com/help/?page=1048.
Thank you, The Facebook Platform Team
I received a similar email for 4 more apps I have made for a client of
mine. Now my developer account is restricted from creating apps and I can
not edit those apps settings.
The apps themselves are actually still working (they are not restricted
apparently).
The apps themeselves are only simple iframe page apps - only with some
content on them - no registrations or user interaction at all.
I cant file an appeal per app as they are not restricted and I never
received any message regarding a problem with these apps which have been
running for many months.
Does anyone (or any facebook person that frequents here) know what I need
to do to get access to creating apps and to the apps I have already
created back ? Also is there any way to know why the account was
restricted in the first place ?
Thanks George
